AutoKon Brings Digital Construction Monitoring to DPD REI Banten Developers in Serang

Bridging the Gap Between Field and Office

On 13 January 2026, the AutoKon team — represented by Accounts Director Bapak Moch Ardi Prasetiawan and Product Lead Adrian — visited Serang, Banten for a focused product socialization with members of DPD REI Banten, led by Chairman Ir. H. Roni Hadiriyanto Adali. The session brought together eight developers from across the province for a hands-on introduction to AutoKon Deliver, the company's digital BASTP (progress handover documentation) solution.

Unlike large-scale conferences, the intimate gathering format allowed for direct dialogue between developers and the AutoKon team. Participants explored how AutoKon Deliver works — from WhatsApp-based photo capture and AI-assisted reporting to multi-level approval workflows — all without requiring additional apps or complex onboarding.

From Conversation to Commitment

The session resonated with the attending developers, many of whom manage multiple housing projects across Banten and face familiar challenges: fragmented field reporting, delayed approvals, and limited visibility into day-to-day construction progress.

The DPD REI Banten socialization follows a series of successful engagements with REI regional chapters, including DPD REI Surabaya and Komisariat REI Malang in late 2025. With REI National leadership — including Chairman Pak Joko Suranto — already actively using AutoKon across their own projects, the expansion into Banten reinforces AutoKon's position as REI's trusted technology partner for construction progress monitoring.
