AutoKon Joins DPD REI Banten's Regional Working Meeting (Rakerda) 2026 in Serpong

On 11 February 2026, the AutoKon team attended the Rapat Kerja Daerah (Rakerda) of DPD REI Banten, held at Swiss-Belhotel Serpong in Tangerang Selatan. The annual regional working meeting brings together housing developers, industry stakeholders, and REI leadership from across Banten to align on priorities, discuss market conditions, and chart the direction of the province's property sector for the year ahead.

For AutoKon, being present at the Rakerda was a natural continuation of its deepening relationship with DPD REI Banten. Having conducted a dedicated socialization session with Banten developers in January, signed its first developer agreement in the region with PT Tri Insan Karya just weeks later, and formalized a strategic financing partnership with Loan Market — attendance at the Rakerda underscored that AutoKon is not a passing visitor, but an active participant in the region's development ecosystem.

In less than a month, AutoKon's presence in Banten has evolved from a first introduction to a familiar name among the province's developer community. The Rakerda provided an opportunity for the team to reconnect with developers who attended the January socialization, continue conversations with new prospects, and engage with REI Banten leadership in a more strategic setting.
